Advance costs are often high due to design, testing, and tool requirements. If you want to mass production, you want to make sure that you get the right design for the first time. This is much more complicated than you think. The correct design includes:
1. Then part of the prototype design specification itself. Initial prototype development usually completes a 3-D printer. Usually, different materials (such as ABS plastics) will be built in the last part.
2. Designing a tool for the initial production circle of an injection mold, usually producing 300-1000 injection prototype materials requires a development tool for the injection mold.
3. Refining any and all details before injection mold tools, mass-produced injection mold manufacturing plants.
